The Gender Nazis Will Eventually Consume Each Other

A Transgender 'Woman' In Big Trouble For Daring To Say That Transgender Women Are Still Men

A transgender woman facing disciplinary action over a T-shirt stating that she is still biologically a man has been accused of “hate speech”.

Debbie Hayton, a physics teacher in the Midlands, lives as a transgender women after changing her gender from male to female in 2012. But unlike many people in the trans-community, she does not believe her sex can be changed and is vocal about the fact that she will always biologically remain a man.

She is now potentially facing expulsion from the LGBT committee of the Trades Union Congress (TUC) for wearing a top adorned with the slogan: “Trans women are men. Get over it!”

If the TUC rules against Ms Hayton, who has sat on the committee for five years, it would mean that even transgender people face being accused of transphobia for saying that they do not believe an individual can alter the sex they were assigned at birth.

Hayton, 51, who has undergone surgery and hormone treatment, wore the T-shirt at an event organised by campaign group Fair Play for Women in July, and it attracted a complaint in August.

According to the Sunday Times, 12 members of the LGBT committee wrote to Frances O’Grady, general secretary of the TUC, a federation of unions representing 5.5m working Britons, saying that by wearing the T-shirt Ms Hayton had “gone beyond discourse, and the expression of alternative viewpoints, and is now propagating hate speech against the trans community”.

Nicola Williams, founder of Fair Play for Women, said:

“Accusations of transphobia are thrown at women so often for so little that the word has lost all meaning. When even trans people can get called transphobes, I hope people now understand how ludicrous and far-fetched these attacks have always been. The trans movement has been hijacked by gender extremists.”

Famous Author J.K. Rowling Accused of Promoting Transphobia in Tweet

The author of Harry Potter (which we do NOT support), JK Rowling, 54, set off a firestorm Thursday morning after tweeting her support of a British researcher who was fired for making anti-transgender comments. The researcher, Maya Forstater, claims a prominent nonprofit did not renew her contract this year because of her refusal to accept trans women as women. On Wednesday, an employment tribunal judge ruled that Forstater’s “absolutist” views were fair grounds for dismissal.

The decision apparently angered Rowling, who fired off a tweet with the hashtag #IStandWithMaya.

“Dress however you please,” the author wrote. “Call yourself whatever you like. Sleep with any consenting adult who’ll have you. Live your best life in peace and security. But force women out of their jobs for stating that sex is real?”

According to the judge’s report, Forstater also began supporting campaigns to define a woman as an “adult human female,” and messaged a colleague saying she didn’t think people should have to “play along with literal delusions like ‘transwomen are women.” Following complaints from co-workers, the CGD elected not to extend Forstater’s contract in 2018.

Forstater continued to tweet anti-trans missives after her dismissal, according to the report, including one tweet that compared preferred pronouns to the date-rape drug Rohypnol. She also compared forcing feminists to accept trans women to forcing Jewish people to eat pork, and refused to refer to a trans Scottish lawmaker by their preferred pronouns.

In his decision, Judge James Tayler wrote that Forstater “will refer to a person by the sex she considered appropriate even if it violates their dignity and/or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.”

“The approach is not worthy of respect in a democratic society,” he added.

Forstater responded in a post on her crowdfunding page—where she has raised more than £85,000 for her legal fees—calling the judgment “shocking” and a threat to freedom of speech. Her attorney, Peter Daly, said in a statement that the significance of the judgment “should not be down played.”

“Had our client been successful, she would have established in law protection for people–on any side of this debate–to express their beliefs without fear of being discriminated against,” he said.
