GC Tests The Water on Virtual Exhibit Hall For 2021 Session

In March of this year, the General Conference cancelled the 2020 Indianapolis Session, and announced that the meeting would be rescheduled in 2021. They also announced in March that future GC Sessions would not include exhibits, booths or ancillary meetings.

In the ensuing months, there has been significant disappointment over the prospect of canceling the long-standing tradition of the GC Session exhibit hall. This forthcoming survey is an effort to measure support for a ‘virtual’ exhibit hall.

Stay tuned.

Dear GC Session Exhibitor,

It was with deep regrets that we notified you that due to the COVID-19 pandemic an action was taken to not proceed with exhibits and booths on the rescheduled date of the 61st General Conference Session.

It is now with joyful expectation that we would like to let you know that we are working on the idea of having a virtual exhibition.

For that reason, we will contact you in the next few days to ask you for your kindness and time to respond to a questionnaire that will help us in our planning process.

You will get an email from thomasd@gc.adventist.org via SurveyMonkey with the questionnaire, and we would appreciate you responding to it without delay.

Your participation is voluntary, and your answers are anonymous, but will be of great help to us as we make plans, and we are very thankful to you for that.

Jesus is coming! Get involved!
