Last week it was brought to our attention that freshman students at Walla Walla University (WWU) were required to view a training module called Voices for Change from Get Inclusive.com. Among other things, the video promotes gender identity and inclusion. (Should read ‘confusion.’)
The employee in charge of that module for WWU has publicly stated that he is homosexual.
On Friday, John McVay issued a statement that WWU had removed the module. He said the gender identity module did not reflect the commitment of WWU to SDA beliefs and values. Here’s the letter,
We are pleased to hear that this unbiblical module will be removed from WWU’s orientation process. Good job, Sir.
There is no indication in the letter if the homosexual employee that imported the gender-inclusive critical-theory module to WWU continues to be employed there.
We also hope that McVay does not get cancelled by a social justice outrage mob for doing this. The world of critical theory and social Marxism does not look fondly upon straight white guys who fail to support their LGBTQ+ agenda. We know this because we are straight white guys who support the biblical view of sexuality.
