There are over 2,102,599 views on the Conrad story on YouTube alone (100+ videos). The number is growing rapidly.
We created a spreadsheet for these videos because there were so many of them and we were curious. The spreadsheet calculates a running total of the views and comments.
90-95% of the comments on YouTube are supportive of Conrad Vine. Many individuals have described him as a Martin Luther for our times.
There have been 1,714 new users on Fulcrum7 in the last ten days. 75% of those are from the Conrad Vine story.
The top twenty viewing countries on Fulcrum7 this week are: United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa, New Zealand, Germany, Philippines, Jamaica, Sweden, Kenya, Netherlands, Brazil, India, Romania, Trinidad, Ireland, France, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria. Many of those are interested in the Conrad Vine / GC / Michigan Conference story.
At the Ark Encounter Battle for the Frontal Lobe symposium last weekend, the issue of the Michigan Conference banning Conrad Vine from speaking, assumed high priority. Many people were talking about it there.
One mother said, regarding the GC and Michigan “I’m sorry” goes a long way.”
This issue is now way bigger than Conrad Vine. It is how an aloof hierarchy in the church deals with legitimate questions, canceling people and deplatforming them, or listening and seeking a solution together.
Millions of people are focused on Michigan right now. The irony of a duly elected religious liberty leader being potentially banned from speaking in a religious liberty symposium in his own church (which he helped organize), is not lost on them. We are hearing from dozens if not hundreds of Seventh-day Adventists on this issue. Several couples from Dayton, Ohio have already committed to travel to Berrien Springs this weekend to attend this Religious Liberty symposium at the Village Church, so great is their interest in the outcome. I’m sure there are a hundred more..
Conrad is still listed as a speaker at this event on church flyers and online. But will he?
We’ll see how it goes.
