Andrews University just added LGBTQ+ groups connection for the official University Faith app which almost every single student has. Students need the app for chapel services and other events.
One question is, who added the LGBTQ+ group to the smartphone student app? And why?
Was it Steve Yeagley, the Assistant Vice President for Campus & Student Life, an individual who has openly supported homosexual students and causes at Andrews? Could be.
Was it the outgoing Michael Nixon (VP for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity)? This same individual—who on June 9 at the St. Louis GC SESSION—called for aligning Sabbath with social justice causes and telling LGBTQ people that they are made in the image of God…etc…and assorted woke endeavors…? Could be.
Was it Andrea Luxton, the outgoing (thankfully) president of Andrews who presided over seven years of increasingly woke leftism at the school? Could be.
The point is, this change should not have been made to the University Faith app, where it conditions every single student user on campus to view homosexual sin as a normalized alternative.
