The Protest of the Princes
Take heart. Be of good courage, in spite of the trials you are facing. There is hope. You are loved by God. He has a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).
This is a very timely message for all of us.
Especially as we consider the attempts of a Conference to intimidate a Church in Virginia—over their invitation to Pastor Stephen Bohr to present a weekend of end time prophecy meetings at Roanoke. This devotional, and the chapter Protest of the Princes in the Great Controversy was a source of encouragement to faithful brethren at the Roanoke Church.
Each of us will experience many trials in life. As we go through them, prayer ensures that we are not alone, He Who stands beside His people is there with us (Daniel 3:24-26; Daniel 6:22).
