The World Health Organization has issued guidance on digital vaccine passports.
On August 27th, the agency, which is funded largely by the United States Government, the Chinese Communist Party, and billionaire individuals and NGOs, issued a 99-page document entitled, “Digital documentation of COVID-19 certificates: vaccination status: technical specifications and implementation guidance.”
“This is a guidance document for countries and implementing partners on the technical requirements for developing digital information systems for issuing standards-based interoperable digital certificates for COVID-19 vaccination status, and considerations for implementation of such systems, for the purposes of continuity of care, and proof of vaccination.”
“The primary target audience of this document is national authorities tasked with creating or overseeing the development of a digital vaccination certificate solution for COVID-19. The document may also be useful to government partners such as local businesses, international organizations, non- governmental organizations and trade associations that may be required to support Member States in developing or deploying a DDCC:VS solution.”
“In the context of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the concept of Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates (DDCC) is proposed as a mechanism by which a person’s COVID-19-related health data can be digitally documented via an electronic certificate. A digital vaccination certificate that documents a person’s current vaccination status to protect against COVID-19 can then be used for continuity of care or as proof of vaccination for purposes other than health care. The resulting artifact of this approach is referred to as the Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates: Vaccination Status (DDCC:VS).”
The document was funded by Bill Gates and the Rockefeller Foundation. The Rockefeller Foundation has also established an NGO called “The Commons Project” that supports its own version of a digital vaccine passport, called “CommonPass.”
It is increasingly clear that we, even in the Western “democracies” and even in the United States of America, are being governed not by our elected representatives, but by a combination of permanent government agencies (the “deep state”)—which themselves are often funded in part by corporate interests— very large corporations, and NGOs, foundations, and other non-profits funded by a handful of billionaires. This form of government is called fascism.
Back to the WHO’s digital vaccine passport guidance. The WHO considers the following data points to be mandatory for any digital vaccine passport:
Name;
Date of Birth;
Unique Identifier (National ID, Health ID etc.);
Sex;
Vaccine type;
brand;
manufacturer;
market authorization holder;
batch number;
date of vaccination;
Vaccination valid from;
dose number;
total doses;
country of vaccination;
administering center;
signature of health worker;
health worker ID;
disease targeted (name of the disease that vaccine given to protect again);
Due date of next dose;
certificate issuer;
health certificate ID;
certificate valid from;
certificate valid until;
certificate schema version.
A few months ago, concerns about vaccine passports were dismissed as conspiracy theorizing, but it is becoming increasingly clear that a digital passport was always the goal of this “plandemic”—at least one of the goals, and perhaps the most important goal to the ruling global elites.
The globalist groups and individuals actively pushing for vaccine passports include the main proponents of the Great Reset, a plan outlined by World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab, which seeks to de-industrialize the West, abolish private property, and introduce biometric surveillance.
And, yes, many bible-believing Christians are noting that a digital vaccine passport corresponds to the mechanism of social control prophesied in Revelation 13. This Church of God blog sees a connection:
“We can only wonder if this potential mandate is a precursor to what will take place in the Tribulation. God’s prophetic word tells us the false prophet will cause “all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name” (Rev. 13:16-17).”

“So the health passports, currently being rolled out worldwide, will block you from in-person shopping for food and necessities while the coming Internet passport will block you from ordering your necessities online. You will essentially be left with the black market, assuming one will spring up for those deemed “unclean” and “unfit” for the modern world because of their dissident views.
“All of these technologies will merge at the intersection of Big Data, big banks, Big Tech and big government. Your social credit score will now be tied in not only to your Internet activity but to your bank account and your vaccine status. Welcome to the Great Reset, a/k/a New World Order.
“Add in advances in AI and facial recognition and millions of surveillance cameras and you are talking about a lockdown slave state that makes George Orwell’s 1984 look like a picnic in the park.

“The type of controls prophesied in Revelation 13:16-18 were not possible when Jesus inspired the Apostle John to pen the above. But it is possible now with digital technology.
“Digital passports and/or some type of national identity card may well be tools of the Beast of the Sea (the man of sin) and the Beast from the Earth (the final Antichrist).
“The time of 666 control of nearly all aspects of buying and selling is coming.”
The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666.
