An Antifa-type pro-abortion group disrupted church service at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cathedral in Columbus, Ohio Friday on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade. A video [Warning: Language] posted online shows them interrupting worship, pushing into the sanctuary and shouting profanities. During Mass, eight activists rushed into the Cathedral and then paraded around the pews before reaching the altar, displaying posters with messages that read: “Fund abortion, not cops,” and, “Abortion on demand, end Hyde now.”
They kicked over a table and broke it, shouted obscenities at the priest, assaulted a black man (security guard), and screamed in the face of a mother carrying her infant child.
Such an event is almost unheard of in civilized countries, yet many media outlets refused to carry the story, lest it damage the credibility of their man in the White House. The Catholic Arena stated on their website that these were Joe Biden supporters (we’re not sure how they concluded this), also reporting that Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden have refused to condemn this invasion of a church property. According to the Catholic Arena’s Twitter account it is “a frightening insight into the coming 4 years.”
After they were successfully escorted out, the group remained outside the cathedral, shouting insults back to the congregation inside, including “Jesus hates you,” and “If hell is real, you can burn in it.”
On Friday, Joe Biden and Mrs. Harris released the following statement on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade:
“Today marks the 48th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in Roe v. Wade.
In the past four years, reproductive health [abortion], including the right to choose, has been under relentless and extreme attack. We are deeply committed to making sure everyone has access to care – including reproductive [abortion] health care – regardless of income, race, zip code, health insurance status, or immigration status.
The Biden-Harris Administration is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.”
